Program Manager MPC projects

Job Description

• Overall Responsible for product release of Multipurpose Camera Component and Functions
• Coordination with vehicle department to obtain the vehicle build plans
• Close interaction with component responsible to plan the Camera Component and Functions releases
• Completion of all release and QA processes
• Tracking the necessary updates in the production databases with Logistics, Purchasing and other stakeholders
• Analysis the impact of ECU System Requirements, System Functionality Requirements and Software Requirements, in collaboration with the Requirement Engineers.
• Preparation, handling and tracking of Change Requests between customer project, customer platform and feature development
• Review of requirements, Architectural design elements and related verification criteria in order to ensure testability.
• Develop Test Cases based on the requirements or architectural design elements and related verification & validation criteria.
• Perform the System Integration tests, verify and document the results.
• Demonstrate technical ownership effectively communicate with all the stakeholders to ensure overall success of a Component HW/SW features.
• Responsible for System and SW requirements analysis, Change Request and Requirement Management in the project
• Single point of contact of all aspects for the ECU, coordinating with other functions Systems, Hardware, Security, Functional Safety, Certification, vehicle lines, supplier, production plant etc
• Represent team in relevant technical forums to present project progress reviews, impediment, able to resolve blockers/issues
Basic Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communication/Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any other relevant Engineering domain.
• 2+ years of experience in creating System architecture and high-level design.
Total 8-12 years of experience in Automotive domain, * Key Skills and Experience:
• Automotive system engineering/ Product Owner/ System development experience.
• Know-how of Vehicle Development process (requirement generation, Vehicle Validation Techniques, Certification and Regulations)
• Good understanding of Product & Software development processes (e.g. Agile, waterfall, V-Models).
• Experience in working with colleagues from plant and Tier-1 global suppliers
• Exposure in one of the following areas - Minimal Risk Maneuverer System, Driver Assistance Systems, Park Assistant systems , Ultrasonic sensors, Camera/RADAR Based assistance systems,
• Experience in C/C++ programing on embedded platforms
• Experience in System Architecture tools such as IBM Rhapsody, EA, DOORS and SVN
• Experience in Handling E/E architecture modeling and modeling tools (PREEvision etc)
• Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, LIN, Flex-ray Automotive Ethernet is a plus
• Knowledge or working experience in Functional Safety, AUTOSAR and / or Adaptive AUTOSAR, and RTOS
• Experienced in decomposition of requirements and partitioning large systems into subsystems and components.
• Experienced in acceptance test strategy & implementation including, test plans, test traceability, test case design and development
• Experience with software integration and architectural design, coding and testing
• Good understanding of Functional Safety ISO26262
Additional Skills:
• Usage of tools MS excel, Databases, project planning, Power point tools, Jira, Confluence, Kanbo, MPP, Thinkcell
• Knowhow of control unit software development
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in & contribute as a good team player
• Exposure to multi-cultural environment; Germany working experience is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge on German language is preferred
• Vehicle driving skills is mandatory
