Job Description

Position Title: Project ManagerLocation: Mysore/BangaloreEducation & Experience:

  • 12+ years of overall experience.
  • BE / BTech/ MCA / ME/ MTech
  • Technical background ideally within Services and IT outsourcing industry
  • Should have rolled out/supported mid to large size IT support projects.
  • Should have strong negotiation and influential skills.
  • Experience in Life science and pharmacovigilance domain is an added advantage
  • PMP Certification (Must Have)
Skills:
  • Project /Program Management, Project Plan MPP, MS Office
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver technical presentations competently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good team player; highly motivated self-starter; good relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills
  • Must aspire to a culture of service excellence, always putting the customer, our people and our business at the center of everything they do.
  • Must be able to work proactively and under pressure.
  • Collaborating with senior management on client account management
Roles & Responsibility:
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
  • Define project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with executive management
  • Develop project plans and schedule
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion
  • Communicate with customers on an ongoing basis
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and customer
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
  • Issue status reports to the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Conduct project lessons learned meetings and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
  • Coordinate amongst Product, Engineering, Testing and various teams to provide the appropriate support to Customer request.
  • Participate in audits
