Job Description

The Business Application Team embodies the interaction between business & IT, supports the transformation to a Digital organization.As a QA Engineer, you will make sure that all products, processes, methods, and equipment are validated. You will design and implement tests debug and define corrective actions review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts).WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of process effectiveness and efficiency:
• You lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate & implement a strategy to ensure compliance.
• You design & build test harnesses for automation testing for GUI, integrations, web services and application reports.
• You implement QA process and automated testing for all the workstreams to improve the overall testing cycle.
• You develop, monitor, execute, evaluate, and maintain detailed, comprehensive and well-structured automated test scripts for desktop and web applications, integrations and other applications using industry-standard automated testing tools.
• You collaborate & coordinate cross teams and with the Enterprise Architect.
• You are a trusted knowledge expert and advisor on the platform.
Main responsibilities and key activities:
• Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure process compliance through the development of comprehensive procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other product and process related documentation.
• Investigate problems in search for the root cause and long-term solution(s) within your areas of responsibility
• Play a mentoring role for your peers and support the development of their technical knowledge
• Teach and implement best practices
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS:
• Solid understanding of quality tools and methods such as FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, DOE, 5Why, 8D, 6 Sigma, Minitab/JMP.
• Extensive experience in software development and testing.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Leapwork.
• Knowledge in other business technologies and platforms, such as Sitecore, MuleSoft and Salesforce would be a big plus.
• Experience with Agile as Scrum Master is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
• Experience in managing integration and/or data migration streams.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with business units and other associates (excellent influencing skills).
• Solid knowledge about IT components needed in a business applications environment.
• Ability to work and stay calm under pressure take decisions and support them.
• Proactive attitude, i.e., avoid rather than react .
• Proficiency in English, both written & spoken.

• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field of study. Master s degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Automation testing
• Minimum of 3 years hands on experience in designing and developing tests for complex products
• Minimum of 2 years experience in designing and developing automation test scripts for products developed in Client-Server and Web technologies
• Experience in testing and automating products / applications designed for multiple platforms, designing and maintenance of test framework
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
• Any test certifications (CSQA, Test automation certifications, etc.,)
• SDLC experience
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Very good sense of ownership
• Good analytical skills and self-initiative to learn new testing methodologies and techniques
• Self-initiative to learn testing methodologies and techniques
• Familiarity with MS solutions (e.g., D365, SSRS, etc.)
• Project Management and user training experience is desired
