    Apply nowDate: Sep 23, 2022Location:Bangalore, KA, IN, 562110 Company Name: SLK Software Private Limited BASIC INFORMATION ON THE POSITION Position Name: QA Lead Mandatory/Required Skills & Location Location:Mandatory/Required Skills : PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Head - PEG role is required to head the process engineering group who would be responsibile to to ensure definition, refinement of QMS, Coordinate Internal/ external Audits, Derive organization MIS, process baseline, coordinate on customer satisfaction surveys, adopt industry best practices to initiate improvement of organizations performance KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop deep customer relationship and ensure customer satisfactionDrive Process Performance Analysis and baselining activitiesAdhere to defined / agreed SLA and schedulesDrive new process, methodology, process assets definition at organization catering to new service offerings (E.g. TaaS etc.)Continuously enhance the effectiveness of QMS through QMSCR, usability, relevance and making it relevant with industry standards & baselinesDrive improvement of organizations process performance through introduction of new ideas, new tools, new framework or enhancing the existing mechanisms (E.g. PEMP, aDMP, Digite, etc.)Provide organizations MIS through various centralized reports (E.g. PHI, Delivery Governance, Project List etc.)To participate & leverage Organizational training programsIdentify learning & developmental needs of the PEG team and provide enablement for achieving them EDUCATION QUALIFICATION Bachelor of Engineering (any discipline), MCACertifications: CSQA, CSM, Six Sigma (Green Belt), ITIL (All Desired) MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Overall (in years): 5-7 YearsRelevant (in years): Min 3 Years DOMAIN/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS Knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Supply ChainExperience in implementation of SDLC (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile etc.) and various Quality Models / Framework (CMMI, ISO) for a vertical business unitExperience in implementing Quality Assurance, Control and Improvement programs for a vertical business unitShould possess a good leadership skillsShould possess good communication skills (Oral & Written)Motivate and mentor team members to take on high roleProficient use of ALM tools like Version One, TFS, Digite, MS office tools like MS ExcelApply now,
