Projects would include Approved Strategic and Tactical Projects, as well as BAU. Partner with Technology and Business to ensure overall quality control / risk management. Partner with Program Management teams to craft comprehensive set of USE CASES and TEST CASES as well as the full contingent of requirement project documentation during the life cycle of a project. The candidate would also be responsible for implementing the test automation for the project and execute automated cases as needed as part of our DevOps/Agile Testing Model as a SDET. Candidate should also have experience in being part of a Project with CI/CD implemented.Responsibilities: Provide E2E performance testing support for key WMT applications, including requirement gathering, designing PE test strategy, creating and executing scripts, analyzing results and sharing with key stakeholders. Evangelize, influence and implement PE processes to enable transition towards PE Shift Left Coach Development teams in adopting PE testing using Blazemeter, Jmeter, etc to increase overall performance testing coverageExpertise RequirementExperience: 6-10 years of relevant experience, *Required Skills Hands on experience in Performance Testing using tools like Jmeter, Load Runner Minimum of 5 years of experience executing Performance Testing as part of an Agile/DevOps projects supporting both in-sprint component level PE testing as well as integrated PE testing 1+ years Blaze meter experience is strongly desiredExperience with monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic , DynaTrace etcExposure and experience working with varied technologies like .NET, Angular, WPF, Mainframe, Flex etc. Experience in performance analysis at different layers such as JAVA , UI and DB tuning and troubleshootingStrong understanding of various SDLC tools and technologies like TeamCity, Jenkins, GIT, JIRAExtensive knowledge of DevOps Principles and Practices (CI, CD, Continuous Testing, etc.)Knowledge of configuring & conducting load testing on public clouds like Azure, AWS etc.The candidate should come from a Development background and must have programming skills in Java or C# or Python and should have worked on at least one of the Front End automation tool: UFT, Selenium, Test Complete, and Protractor.Experience in ReadyAPI/SoapUI/Rest Assured or any other backend test automation toolShould have experience working with web services/WCF services/Rest APIs, either as a service developer or consumerExperience in Functional, Regression and Integration testing of web and client-server applications.Strong structured testing knowledge and thorough understanding of quality assurance testing applications and concepts.Proactively takes initiative and demonstrates a high level of accountability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of professional training and experience.Experience within an Agile/Scrum environment.Experience with HP QC & Jira.Desired SkillsFinancial Industry Experience a plusMobile automation on iOS & Android using AppiumCloud exposure (AWS, Azure, Perfecto etc.)
