Job Description

    *-Development and series support for Charging system components (On Board Chargers/ DC Box/ Charge Inlet), which fulfil the legal regulations and production demands, the objectives from the project, Carline and module strategy, with regard to function, quality, weight and costs. -Creation and possibly updating the requirements specification for components -Create feature request to supplier, analyze the efforts and negotiate the quotation. -create Engineering change request and present in the car line change committee meeting to seek the change implementation approval. -Documentation of part numbers in vehicle part list with control codes -Documentation of component Electrical data & Release Management -Documentation of variant coding parameters with control codes. -Co-ordinate with different test agencies to prepare test cases, test the component, analyze the results, log the issues in defect management tool and co-ordinate with supplier for fixing. -Review Component EMI/EMC, Environmental reliability test reports and support in certification. -Support production plant for issue resolution. -Provide the solutions for the issues reported by aftersales team. -Internal/external stakeholder management during the Component change implementation. -Supplier management, *- B.Tech/M.Tech in EE/EC/Instrumentation with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. -Good understanding to automotive electronics - ECUs, In-car networking and Diagnostics. -Should have a good understanding of the V-model of development cycle of ECU Hardware and Software -Should have good exposure through the development cycle activities of ECU/Product development -Should have a good overview of OEM model of ECU/Product development. -Experience in supplier management from OEM -Experience in reviewing the EMI/EMC, environmental reliability test reports of automotive ECUs and driving the issue fix. -Experience in Diagnostics testing tools Vector CANoe, CANdelastudio, ODXstudio etc. -Knowledge of Functional safety, DFMEA, PPAP, 8D report, issue analysis techniques. -Experience in Onboard charger/Power electronics component development from OEM side is an advantage. -Knowledge of charging system standards is an advantage -Should have good communication skills/ knowledge of German language is an advantage.
