Job Description

    Translate the customer s business requirements to define RPA (Robotic Process Automation) value proposition and solution scope Analyze client processes and identifies RPA opportunities. Recommend RPA approach and strategy based on analysis and client RPA maturity Provide continuous advice and best practices to RPA developers and Project Manager related to delivery approach and strategy Experience in identifying the key issues, pain-points, fixing the Bot failures. Triages and provides technical expertise in resolving support related issues. applications, and features Define, deploy and manage business processes Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools and documenting the automation procedures Troubleshoot problems and meet problem resolutions in an effective manner. Effort Estimation knowledge Process Design and Solution Design Define Testing approach for BOTs Implementations and deployments Client / Onsite team Communication Participate in Solution Proposals Issue Analysis and Fixing Process mining and automation using Celonis For more experienced Candidates (In addition to above) BOT Support (L3 level) and Troubleshooting Provide guidance to the team members during the development and testing phase Peer review code and test cases Soft Skills Good verbal & written communication skills articulate value of AI to business, project managers & other team members Ability to break complex problem into smaller problems and create hypothesis Innovation and experimentation,
