• Achieve Personal Loans and other cross sell products target by managing various relationships assigned
• Recruit and train DSA for sourcing business dealer counters.
• Development of team of DSA and deploy them to achieve the business & cross Sell goals of individual & team.
• To Increase distribution, identifying gaps and identifying growth opportunities, gaps in distribution, team, and processes.
• Generating revenue through cross sell of company products.
• Identify and develop new relationships for generating business.

Job Requirement:

• ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED
• Aggressive and passionate individual with a natural flair for sales.
• Key skill required will be in terms of relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Eye for finer details and ability to micro manage on critical business parameters.
• Should have understanding of Ahm in terms of demography, geography preferably should be able to communicate in local language.
