Were seeking a qualified Sales Manager to sell Whitehat Jrs product that our customers have grown to rely on. The Sales Manager will utilize their skills to generate high- quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:1. Initiating phone conversations with parents who complete the demo classes for their kids2. Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle3. Achieving the weekly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environmentExperience: 1 to 7 years Sales experience from any industry, need to have excellent communication in English and Hindi. Sales experience in B2C companies, B2B companies, Experience in Telesales in sectors like Edtech, Insurance, E-commerce preferred but not mandatory Need to have a laptop & Wi-Fi.Salary up to 7 LPA + incentives, depends on the last CTC as a % hike will be provided accordingly.Location: Mumbai, Work From Home, the candidate may be based anywhere in India, should be willing to relocate after Pandemic.Working days: 6 working days with 1 day-off which maybe during the week.Shifts (subject to change): shift timing can be anytime between 5:30 AM (start time) and 12 midnight(end time)Qualifications
