We are looking for ambitious and highly engaged colleagues as part of the Standardization & Industry Environment Team. What you will learn and contribute to We are looking for highly motivated and skilled 3GPP RAN WG4 and RAN WG5 delegates .Are you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will:
    • Develop radio standardization specifications in the area of physical layer, RF and radio protocols for devices
    • Develop device requirements and test cases for 5G and 5G-Advanced devices
    • Contribute to and participate in 3GPP RAN WG4 or WG5 meetings
    • Contribute to and participate in customer dialogues on latest trends in wireless technology and standardization
    Your skills and experience
    • MSc degree or PhD
    • Fluent English is essential in this environment, as well as willingness to travel
    • Strong system background in 5G or LTE is a prerequisite
    • A profound understanding of radio access systems
    • A profound understanding of cellular devices
    • Experience in at least one of the following areas:
      • Device test development and validation for 3GPP based devices
      • Device RF performance, architecture and implementation
      • RX and TX physical layer architecture and design
      • L1/2/3 radio protocol SW architecture and design
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in technical writing
    • Ability to work in a multi-national and distributed team, as well as strong self-motivation
