SirionLabs is a 550+ people company with 7 offices globally.Job Role: Sr. Analyst/ Lead- MISWork Location: GurgaonYears of Experience required: 4-7Responsibilities:MIS-support team collects the data from different systems, identify the audience & purpose and prepare the presentable reports to the different department. Candidate will be the first point of contact for developing these reports (e.g. leadership reports, SLA reports, Customer reports, Audit reports, Monthly reports) and publish to different audience.Requirements:

  • Graduate degree with knowledge of software, excel, MS word, Power Point & data analytic skills
  • 4-6 years of work experience into data analytics, MIS, Reporting
  • Proficient in developing companywide reports, presentations
  • Knowledge of application support, service desk or other IT functions
  • Knowledge & experience of audit process, compliance, checklist, data collection & reporting
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Provide support to existing management information systems (MIS).
  • Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
  • Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
  • Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
  • Participate in internal audit process and prepare reports
