Job Description

    *He/She will be responsible to independently System Ttesting ,triage issues and handle customer issues for sub systems which are front facing (Mobile APP, Portal etc Understand existing systems end to end functionality, through log analysis
    • Minimum of 2+ years (2 to 4 years) of software Testing and Service experience
    • Manual & Test Automation
    • Programming languages Java , Python will be suffice along with Unix/Linux
    • Minimum know how on DB
    • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in writing/creating test cases, developing automation scripts.
    • Working knowledge of Test management tools, Configuration Management tools etc.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Resourcefulness in solving problems and overcoming obstacles
    • Strong professionalism and judgement
    • Good team player
    • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Engineering/science/IT/EC/EE
    Create Test Strategy , Test Plan , Test creation, execution and build Test ReportsAddress production customer issues, replicate the issue in the QA Env Experience in Embedded software Testing and Support Operations .Responsible for continuous generation of new ideas to generate test-cases/test-plans Follows defined process guidelines for creating and maintaining test documentation.Proactive analysis on Production issues and deriving the inference before customer reaches out with the issuecontribute towards customer delightTo come up with improvement and value additions in the areas of responsibility, *BE in CS or IT or from EC with IT Knowledge
