Job ID: JR0175451Job Category: Information TechnologyPrimary Location: Bangalore, KA INOther Locations:Job Type: Experienced HireSystems AnalystJob DescriptionIT Systems Analysis work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users needs and consistent with the overall design of the organizations information systems architecture including: Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system; Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions; Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources; Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system; Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions; Works closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process; Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support; Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. Primary tasks: Work with business analysts to define data and BI reporting requirements Analyses and designs common/reusable data assets and reporting/analytics based solutions that are appropriate for users needs and is consistent with the overall design of the organization Design test cases based on requirements and perform functional testing Develops use cases, customer scenarios, demos and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users Strong analytical skills in translating business needs into realistic action plans and deliver technical solutions that meet stakeholders expectations Desire to acquire business acumen and work closely with business stakeholders Ability to collaborate and communicate across multiple organizations and geographies with strong interpersonal and team working skills Should be able to understand data flows from one system to the other (source to target) Can login to multiple systems and analyze data in them (SAP ECC, SCM, BW, EDW, HANA as well as legacy apps) Excellent oral and written communication skills - have to work with cross geo team members Has an urge to create documentation on designs, architecture proposals and status reporting to stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor / Masters in Engineering and/ or MBA with 8 to 12 years of experience as a system Analyst Expert in Supply Chain Domain. Knowledge on Sourcing & Procurement Biz Process and Tools. Knowledge on Databases and Containers like HANA , HADOOP, MSSQL , TERDATA Knowledge on Front End technologies like Power BI, MSBI Tabular , BOBJ, Angular JS Tableau etc. Knowledge in Descriptive, Diagnostic , Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics Basic knowledge on Data Science concepts , Machine Learning Algorithms and AI concepts Good knowledge on Agile Methodology of Software Development Good knowledge of SaFE methodology.
