Job Description

  • Reaching out to the Decision makers and convincing them to Onboard their hospitals to be part ofClients Network
  • Coordination with Front Office and Branch Managers explaining them about the Data Updating Process
  • Reaching out to the Hospital Management/ Decision Makers getting required approvals needed for updating their doctor details
  • Preparing Data in Spreadsheets and Sharing with the service providers
  • Follow up consistently on call and mail with the service providers until we get the updated data
  • Maintaining active relation with the Front office Staff, Branch Managers to Hospital Management
  • Understand and create Escalation Matrix for each Hospital
  • Understanding the root cause for Hospitals not sharing updated doctor details
  • Coordinate between Central, Field and Zonal Heads to find effective solutions to get the data from Hospitals
  • Updating Master Trackers and sharing collected data with data managers
  • Negotiating commercials and executing contracts for Hospitals without valid contracts
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring data delivery on time.
