Our solutions deliver real world outcomes to more than 900 customers in over 120 countries.As a Test Engineer II you will work with a team of developers and testers to convert requirements into highly visible applications by applying experience in application test design as well as manual and automated test execution. In addition, you will work alongside the scrum master and product owner in an agile-based team environment to ensure quality at every stage in the software development life cycle.Responsibilities of the Role : Own responsibility for end-to-end product quality including defect management and oversight, status reporting and metrics creation, and escalation for issues discovered during the testing phase using JIRA. Reviews the overall architecture of basic hardware, software, and networking systems by composing detailed test plan scripts, executing the tests, documenting the results, and analyzing the output. Identifies data needed for test and creates new data or obtains existing data to meet requirements of the test. Works with Test & Defect Management tools, Test automation tools and scripting languages. Understanding the requirements and perform basic design and development, maintenance of the automation & manual test suites as per project needs. Performs automated and manual test execution for functional, application, regression, and integration tests. A self-motivated team player with an interest in continuous learning and a passion for quality.Requirements : Understanding of Object-Oriented Language such as Java, Java script and flexible to learn and test on mainframe screens. Knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL etc. Experience automating with CI/CD Tools such as Jenkins. Experience testing APIs and front-end GUI. Experience with JS-based test automation (Cypress &/Or Selenium, Jasmine, Karma). Experience in automation using postman, Soap UI etc. Experience in successfully implemented new testing / automation tools and processes from scratch with testing tools such as Selenium or other related tools.Now you are just showing off: Knowledge on security testing and load testing tool such as JMeter. Ready to learn and manage the Azure Devops and infra setup. Development background is a big plus. Able to quickly gain a working knowledge of new technologies and software. Critical thinker and problems-solving skills. Effective communication skills with another team member.,
