Job Description

Ensure adherence to procedure vs practices and Good documentation practices.2. Commuicate with vendors related to material dispatch and project documentation.3. Co-ordinate with vendors for the execution of Vendor Audit, ER & ES Assessment.4. Co-ordine with cross functional teams for all engineering project document approvals & ensure the project completion with in the stipulated time lines.5. Ensure a disciplined work environment & quality culture for cGMP compliance.6. Preparation and review of project documents from User Requirement Specifications, Change Control, Risk Assessment, Functional Design Specifications, Functional Requirement Specifications, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, SOP & Performance Qualification (as applicable).7. Co-ordinate with IS/ IT, CSVC Teams for the preparation of Validation Plan, IS IQ & CSVC OQ.8. Maintain and update project trackers on daily basis.9. Ensure and maintain safe work place at ARPL all time in coordination with EHS Personnel.10. Utilize open, honest, two way communication to build trust-based relationships with employees, business partners and direct leader while continuously improving leadership capabilities by personally seeking feedback and development.11. All other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsSkills and Abilities
    • Should have good knowledge in engineering activities and handling the documents.
    • Works effectively towards achieving the engineering compliance.
    • Should have hands on experience on Equipment Qualification and Computer System Validation.
    • Should have good interpersonal and communicational skills.
    • Should have adequate knowledge on production systems.
    • Strive to drive projects related to engineering.
    • Should have competent verbal & written communication skills.
    • Experience
    • Minimum 4 years of experience on Equipment Qualification and Computer System Validation.
