• Understand the behavior of complex web/mobile-based applications and apply that knowledge to testing
• Contribute towards the overall test strategy and test plan of the product
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases manually and analyze results.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Who should apply for this role
• B.E./ B.Tech/B.Sc.IT/BCA degree in computer sciences or equivalent field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in manual testing, design and execution
• Experience working as a tester or in a similar position in Web application
• Experience designing and executing manual test plans and scripts for complex systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a given point in time.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of regression testing
• Fair knowledge of API Testing and Mobile testing
