Process Manager

Job Description

Process Managers make sure things are running smoothly in manufacturing units. Their role consists of leading and optimizing production processes by overseeing transactions, networking with stakeholders, making sure customer service is at high standards, monitoring daily work activities, and identifying solutions for various production issues. They are also required to recruit and train new employees.
• Oversight of annual procedure attestation for processes that align to the position
• Handle Tier 2 issue escalations through case management
• Troubleshoot systems issues and liaison with the technology and product teams for resolution
• Participate in providing progress communications to internal customers
• Other duties may be added or assigned as needed
• Educate FD staff and clients on 6050W compliance-related issues
• Document and create training materials and Client communications for 6050w requirements that are implemented to educate Clients and ensure merchant data is accurate for the IRS reporting
• OptBlue / PSP partner Phase 2, 3, 4 base conversion file scrubbing to determine merchant eligibility
• Directly responsible for delivering up to 2-4 function wide Performance and or E2E Projects per year
• Directly supervises the Maintenance crew
