Sr Field Engineer - Directional Drilling

Job Description

• Proven management track record including at least 10 years of experience in drilling operations, 5 years in a drilling supervisory role
• Experience in drilling Lithium, oil & gas wells (e.g. Va ca Huerta, Conventional reservoirs), or similar
• Passion for HES, including desire to assist training of personnel on the rig, and to encourage a natural safety culture
• Good experience interfacing with field operations teams daily
• Willingness to work in office and on-site environments (up to 28 consecutive days for on-site work)
• Experience working on remote projects
• South American experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish.
• Verbal and written skills in English (medium level)
