Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITESResponsible for implementation which includes Software Configuration, Integrations, Data Loading, Quality Assurance, Training, Go Live Support, and Post Delivery Support Services.Accountable for implementation of network solution for clients (from pre-delivery coordination, implementation of solution and service/support maintenance)Work with internal and external stakeholders to elicit understanding of platforms, devices, technical and business systems and integrations in order to diagnose and capture end-user problems quickly and accuratelyReport Implementation status on regular team calls to keep the project on track and identify potential issues so as to mitigate project risksCoordinate & communicate with program management, IT, development, support and other internal departments as needed to ensure the success of each implementationEnsuring sign-off on all major system deliverables by stakeholdersHandling complex and sensitive. client relations and quality control issues, that impact business direction and management positively.When issues arise that may impact project success, you are able and willing to take corrective action.
