Job Description

    Experience 5 to 12 yearsRoles & Responsibility:
    • Generating leads from existing LIS old lifts, KONE lost lifts and 3rd party lifts, for scope of modernization.
    • Converting leads to prospect through proper site survey and explaining client on the requirement/value addition.
    • Offer submission, negotiation and closure of orders.
    • Arranging GADs and getting it approved from client.
    • Guiding client for dismantling and site readiness, as required.
    • Procurement of material depending on client requirement & site readiness.
    • Arranging subcon for job completion and issuance of subcon PO.
    • Site supervision during execution for smooth handing over of the project.
    • Invoice submission and payment collection, as per milestone.
