Job Description

    Job descriptionTech Mahindra Bhubaneshwar is Hiring HR Recruiters _Work From Office Only.
    • Handling end to end recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, .
    • Handle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till candidate joins
    • Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as Telephonic, Skype and personal.
    • Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
    Required Candidate profile
    • Min 0 to 3 Years Experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Bulk Hiring experience will be given first preference.
    • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.

    • 6 days Working
