The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java programming, a passion for crafting high-quality software, and a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications, contributing to technical discussions, and collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding software solutions.Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, specifications, and design documents.
    • Develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and components, ensuring robustness, performance, and scalability.
    • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices.
    • Debug and troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
    • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and reviewing others code for quality and adherence to coding standards.
    • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in Java development and related fields.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
    • Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure alignment between technical implementation and user needs.
    • Document code and technical designs to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
    • Assist in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, libraries, and frameworks to enhance software development.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong portfolio of Java-based projects.
    • Proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies.
    • Familiarity with object-oriented design principles and software design patterns.
    • Experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
    • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and related frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies is desirable.
