Job Description

    Position : Regional ManagerLocation: BhubanewsarCompany: A reputed broking firm.Goal setting, Goal achievement, Revenue generation and profit making for the Region undercontrol. Ensure Growth in the Region by establishing branches and encouraging Branch Managers to reachout to larger number of clients, increasing volumes, promoting all products and services .Develop& achieve sales objectives of products through branches, franchisees and key customers. Staff recruitment and retention Staff development through Induction, Product and soft skill training with the help of Branch headsand Product Heads. Development of Branch Heads through career growth plan. Conduct Monthly Business review meetings with Branch Heads and Product heads and Quarterlyreview meetings with Branch employees once in 3 months. Implement Strategic planning methods for business development Develop & achieve sales objectives of products through branches, franchisees and key customers. Work in conjunction with Branch Heads and Product Heads to ensure that the targets areachieved and overachieved. Monitor the service provided by branches to ensure business retention and ensure excellentservice. Ensure customer satisfaction & maintain high levels of quality in services rendered Visits including Surprise visits to branches and franchisees atleast once in 3 months. Verifyattendance register, movement register, cash denomination register and the the internal auditreports. Hold discussions with the Branch Head, employees and clients. Hold personal interaction and review meeting with all employees in the Region once a quarter. Develop rapport with new & existing clients to ensure continued business & to get feedback fromthe clients. Build an extensive and varied customer base by paying personal visit to the clients & interactingwith them. Conduct investor meets.Interested candidates send updated resume to hidden_email
