We are looking for a State Support and Planning Lead for a leading Company. Looking for someone who can managed at least 2 to 6k retailers and can handle operation team for the state level. Someone who is having general trad sales experience to achieve long term goals of the company. Someone who can identify opportunities and proactively drive brand awareness.Experience Required : 7+ yearsLocation : Assam, Orissa, Kolkata, West Bengal, Bihar, JharkhandRoles and Responsibilities1. Support and drive all programs designed for sales Enhancement at retail point.2.Liaise with relevant stakeholder for resolution of issues escalation to relevant person, track the trouble ticket follow-up & close of the same.3.Should own Employee workforce and retailer productivity. Coordinate with NHQ for any issue and resolved all the earliest.4.Should be able to plan and conduct local level initiatives Basis States requirement and business expectations.5.Should be able to identify Gaps and Support on Various Training Programs for both Own Employees and Retailers.6.He is Responsible for Market wise(/JP),Category (Retailer) wise Planning of Sales and Revenue Targets and oversee the execution.7.Tracking Category wise inventory availability as per Plan and coordination which supply chain to achieve monthly/weekly targets.8.Responsible for SLA monitoring of claim settlement, Stock Deliveries and other business hygiene.Skills1.Analytical skills and Decision making skills2.Influencing skills & Concept selling3.Market and industry knowledge4.
