Warm Greeting for the Day!Globex is currently hiring UI/UX Designer for Capgemini in PAN India Location.As of know it is work from home, Post pandemic the Particular candidate can need to report in Capgemini office Locations.Here is the Job Description for the Requirement,
• Contribute to user experience by leading and/or creating digital conceptual design, interaction design and detailed design specifications within digital channels/products for small-to-large sized initiatives.
• May lead small team of external agency partners to execute UX design needs.
• Demonstrate clear project leadership skills and accountability at cross- and intra-project levels.
• Support development and documentation of user experience best practices and interaction patterns
• Contribute to initiatives to develop innovative new guest experiences with internal and external partners.
• Lead prototyping exercises with internal and external partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions Degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, and/or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years interactive design work experience
• Experience establishing repeatable processes, frameworks, and UI standards
• Ability to seamlessly alternate between dealing with highly technical teams and non-technical business teams
• Macintosh and PC hardware and software knowledge (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, Omnigraffle, Flash, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, Acrobat)
• Understanding of HTML, JHTML, XML/XSLT, CSS, ActionScript and JavaScript (jQuery, YUI, non-framework, and JSON)
