Job Description

    We are having an urgent requirements for the position of Territory Manager with one of the Leading Life Insurance company.
    • Accountable for Business Development, Operation and Business Relationship though Retail Client & corporate relations team.
    • Relationship Building with PSU, Private Insurance Companies, Brokers, and Corporate for enhancing business growth.
    • Managing customer experience - in the Corporate & Retail Sector
    • Business development (Renewal & Retention - Corporate and Retail)
    • Managing high value - Corporates and assisting AGM on Government Tenders
    • Understanding the prospects needs to deliver an effective solution by addressing the gaps in existing employee benefits being provided to the prospects employees and by basing on the clients financials and risk appetite.
    • Developing the channel penetration and improving the brand visibility and opportunity through tie ups with brokerage firms, financial consultants and awareness building activities in Bancassurance channel
    • Aiding the team with market intelligence and designing the most effective sales strategy aimed towards qualitative client acquisition through competitor analysis and drafting the strategic communication in line with the sales strategy
    • Executing the new initiatives for seamless onboarding and ensuring the servicing needs of the clientele are resolved on priority
    • Presenting Group products to new corporates, meeting decision makers and influencers in the corporate like HR heads, Finance Heads, Treasury Heads, CXOs, Directors etc.
    • Creating awareness and visibility of the product among corporates and their employees through regular presentations, help-desk & road shows activities.
    • Organizing events for knowledge sharing with the branches and other teams.
