Job Description

    As a regional manager, you will help drive growth of the platform, user retention and engagement in Punjab region. The right person for this job should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience and the ability to clearly communicate and present information.
    • What Youll do: **
    • Drive growth for the platform, leveraging data and insights to identify new opportunity areas as well as address current gaps
    • Design and implement innovative strategies for expansion of user and creator acquisition, retention and engagement / loyalty
    • Assist in the development and execution of tracking and reporting processes of regional growth
    • Partner with critical functional areas (Product, Marketing, BD, Policy, Ops, Legal, Tax, etc.) as needed, to drive business objectives
    • *What Youll need: **
    • 5+ years of relevant work experience (management consulting, Operations, Consumer Internet etc.)
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
    • Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders in order to execute high-impact projects
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    This position assumes that you are more than generally interested in consumer internet, love music and culture; and have a feel of what it takes to succeed in Punjab.
