Job Description

    Job Location - Mumbai/Pune/ChandigarhWere looking to add to our talent pool a SQL and MSSQL /MSBI Developer.The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.Associate Process Manager Roles and Responsibilities:Will be a part of operations team working on marketing operations business.Need to work as an independent resource / individual contributor while still being part of larger marketing automation cluster and bring synergieDaily hands on campaign execution (segmentation, list pulls, flow creation) using marketing automation platform.Conduct extensive quality audits on segments and other work . Interact with client stakeholders for validation.Creating campaign performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis using data from Market Automation Platform.Extensive client communication, project management and problem solving.Should be able to create detailed documentation and process flows to reflect / capture ongoing projects.Technical and Functional Skills:
    • Bachelors degree with an overall experience of 3 to 8 years
    • Excellent knowledge and minimum of 3+ years of hands on working experience on SQL and PLSQL.
    • Should have a fair understanding of database structures.
    • Strong project management skills, ability to create and execute complex plans.
    • MS Office, esp. strong proficiency with MS Excel and PPT
    • Outsourcing / offshoring experience is a plus
