Job Description

The roleReporting to the Finance Director and working in close collaboration with both Finance and Operations, you will be responsible for the financial management, analysis, and reporting of a key segment of our fast-growing business.A crucial part of the position will be supporting to bridge and integrate a new acquisition into our existing business.You will support us driving the performance, gaining financial transparency, and act as financial business partner for senior stakeholders within all aspects of financial management.The position requires you to be close to both the financial and commercial side of our business, to help us drive profitable growth, and you should be able to communicate financial messages on all levels of the organization as well as to influence decisions.Your primary responsibilities will be:Financial integration of and bridging between newly acquired and existing business Support month end closure and reporting on business unit level: P&L management Management reporting Performance analyses Support compilation of CBRE annual budgets & quarterly forecasts Balance sheet reviews Working closely with the team to identify all possible savings opportunities and ensure that financial targets are achievedIn this role you do not have direct management responsibilityThe succesful candidate:Has minimum 5 years relevant experience in a global organization and is ready for a new career move. Has solid controlling and accounting skills. Is highly numerate with a commercial mindset. Can exercise attention to detail and get hands-on while also keeping an eye on the big picture Has excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal, and can communicate and build relationships with people at all levels across the business Comes with excellent PC based skills, with experience in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook intermediate to advanced level skills are essential.As a person you have a positive attitude, are a team-player, and can work under pressure, such as deadlines and changing priorities.
