Job Description

Responsibilities- Design, Execute and Manage projects in areas of Pharma Commercial/ R&D Analytics- Understand and translate client requirements in terms of clearly defined deliverables with timelines- Must have ability to storyboard and summarize analytical results.- Solutioning business problems in the wide range of pharma commercial/R&D analytics- Proactive and Effective communication with clients, to obtain necessary clarifications and resolve issues.- Develop client relationships to serve as a key point of contact. Required Skills & Competencies- Prior experience of 5 - 6 years in Analytics, BI or reporting teams- Excellent written and oral communication- Understanding of AI / ML concepts- Time Management and stakeholder management- Proficient with MS Office skills especially MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel.- Multi-task and should be able to work under stringent deadlines- Must have thorough knowledge of Pharma datasets such as NSP, NPA, Xponent, Fingertip formulary, patient data, Clinical Trials Planisware, Enrolments Feasibility and other datasets related to payer analytics- Ability to understand client objectives, business objectives and align with the expectationsPFB QA for reference -1.
