Job Description

Job purpose:Core Banking Techno Functional Consultants with expertise and prior work experience in Finacle Internet Banking, Mobile Banking & Alerts Solution 11x projects. Should be able to lead / drive with hands-on in the projects right from Installation of the product, requirement gathering, configuration, migration, customization & roll outYour client responsibilities:

  • Need to work as a team lead in one or more Finacle Internet & Mobile Banking projects
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Should be able to drive and lead the project from planning, budgeting, training, DRG, Customization, Migration, Testing & Rollout
  • Should be ready to travel to customers locations on need basis (after pandemic)
  • Should exhibit the deep experience in Banking during the client discussions and be able to convince the client for the solution
Your people responsibilities
  • Building a quality culture
  • Manage the performance management for the direct repartees, as per the organization policies
  • Training and mentoring of project resources
  • Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
Mandatory skills:
  • Well versed in Functional & technical aspects of Finacle Internet, Mobile Banking, Alerts solutions be and able to play the Techno Functional role with experience in requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams/banks and experience in Product testing
  • Should be doing the hands-on and lead the project from the inception Product installation, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, migration, customization and roll out
  • Good understanding of the Platform architecture, administration, configuration, data structure
  • Should have hands-on experience in 11.5.x (speed boat architecture)
  • Should be able to review the test cases and guide the testing team on need basis
  • Should have 4 or more end to end Finacle Internet, Mobile & Alerts banking implementation experience
