  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for working with US client team to gather requirements and document the high-level document and create specifications for transformation logic 2 BA will be responsible for application testing with detailed documentation 3 Business requirements document creation BRD, Test cases Test results documentation, testing methodologies knowledge is must 4 Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines
      • Technical Experience : 1 Minimum of 5 years hands on experience as Business Analyst and 3 years of US healthcare experience in Payer domain 2 Must have exposure to basic Membership and Provider areas 3 Should have knowledge in working with all type of medical and hospital claims 4 Sound knowledge of US federal and state laws with regards to healthcare governance and policies 5 Have experience to liaison between the technical, functional and testing teams 6 Must have knowledge on healthcare enterprise platforms/product
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Good to have basic healthcare and business analysis certifications like PAHM and CBAP 2 Nice to have working exposure with agile and scrum teams practicing distributed agile methodologies 3 Good organizational skills, strong analytical problem-solving skills, good time management skills
    • Educational Qualification : BE or B Tech or MCA degree from a reputed College / University
