1. Co-ordinate and steer head the technical design reviews on various HW deliverables like schematics, BOM, Gerber, HIS, DTC, Test Cases, DTC etc
2. Transverse the learning through QRQC across BGs / design domains, improve the review mechanism.
3. Work products quality dashboard creation and maintenance.
4. Drive design cost exercises across products.
5. Design process optimization Cost and time optimization
6. New design tools identification, standardization and trainings.
1. Create the mechanism for HW deliverables release.
2. Collate the monthly HW deliverables track the reviews for them. Track the status of open points, risk assessment on open points and mitigation plan follow up.
3. Deployment of best in class practices between the teams, update the checklists, create lessons learnt databases.
4. Monitor the customer feedbacks on the work products quality, time and efficiency. Estimate and revise the extended targets for the next execution cycle.
5. Follow up VAVE actions on products and process; monitor the dashboard for the savings.
6. Evaluate the new SW and HW tools requirements, standardization and identify the technical trainings required.
7. Set the quality standards for lab testing and monitor the test reports. Set standard operating procedures for testing equipment and test results reporting.
BE / BTech on EEE or ECE, Master on engineering or technology would be an added advantage.,
