Job Description

        • 8-15 Years total experience, 3-4 years in managing Current Account business.
        • Team handling / people management experience.
        • Presentable with good presentation/communication skills .
    Key Responsibilities Areas : Location head for Mumbai and have complete responsibility of growing salary accounts business in the location.
      • Will handle full city, in & around Nagpur for on boarding new for sourcing/opening the current accounts.
      • Will have 7-10 RO(Relationship Officer) direct reporting . RO will be handling direct sourcing and deepening of current account opening from new and existing customers.
      • Do area mapping of the corporate.
      • Collect databases of newly registered corporations from various sources.
      • Handle inter department lead sourcing ( get referrals from branches/TASC team/MSE asset team etc) for converting existing relationships for sourcing current accounts.
      • Major focus on new corporate acquisition/emplacement followed by deepening to these acquired current accounts to build a book.
      • Carry out presentations to HR/Finance for explaining the product, build relationships with converted corporate for their FD/CA/Cross Sale of Insurance & SIP.
      • Achieve the number of emplacement of current accounts, number of accounts and value upload.
      • Manage and groom the ROs and assist them for business maximization.
