Hi,We have opening for Module Lead for permanent work from home.Designation: Module LeadLocation : Permanent Work from homeExperience: 6 to 8 yearsCTC: Upto 24 LacsQualifications: BCA/MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc(IT)Key Job Accountabilities and Essential Skills1-To understand project / module requirements from stakeholders and to lead a software development team to fulfil the business requirements2-To ensure project deliverables are planned as per resource constrains and the projects / modules are delivered on time through continual improvement.3-To ensure that the project / modules are delivered with best quality and with minimal bugs. Own the quality of the projects / modules by reviewing code quality of team members4-Transforming UI mock-up to applications / components and to bring concept to life using ReactJS and Redux.5-Building RESTFUL APIs using NodeJS with HAPI framework.6-Implementing responsive designs in web applications and mobile apps.7-Development of real-time data visualisation using popular JavaScript library like D3JS , Fusion Chart.8-Build new age applications / components conforming to the departments design guidelines, best practices and coding standards.9-Collaborate with stakeholders and team members.10-Ensuring effective and timely communication with the project stakeholders and team members.11-Self manage time / deliverables and work in ambiguous and frequently changing environment12-Ensure compliance to processes laid down by the department and the organization.Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements1-Overall6-8years of experience working as Developer / Senior Developer developing complex SaaS / PaaS products or developing web-based enterprise grade softwares. must have lead 2 to 4 projects as a Module Leader2-Must have at least 5 years of experience in building advance UI designs and components using ReactJS and Redux. Additional experience in other programming language like PHP or building responsive web application using HTML5/CSS3 will be preferred4-Must have at least 5 years of experience in building scalable , high performance RESTful APIs using NodeJS with HAPI framework. Additional experience in building APIs using PHP / Python / Java will be preferred4-Must have at least 5 years of experience in building database objects using NoSQL database like MongoDB and structured database like MySQL.5-Must have at least 5 years of experience in unit testing own code using tools like Mocha / Jest / Selenium and static code analysis tools like SonarQube , DeepScan etc6-Must have strong experience in performance tuning and optimization of API using Node Clinic. Also must have experience in performance analysis ; performance tuning and optimization of complex NoSQL and SQL queries.7-Must have strong experience in (1) Code versioning tools, such as Git , SVN , Team Foundation etc. (2) container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. (3) CI/CD tools like Jenkins , Bamboo , CircleCI etc.8-Must have strong experience of software development life-cycle and best practices using Agile / SCRUM and using ALM tools like Tuleap , JIRA , CodeBeamer etc9-Strong understanding of OOPS programming, Design Patterns etc10-Experience in other open source technologies / tools / languages will be an advantage.11-Must be able to understand requirements and break down the requirement into small task for development team.
