• Own Client Documentation Management system product BAU and be responsible for determining & prioritizing its features/functionalities
• Develop deep understanding of business processes, user needs and industry best practice
• On-the-ground delivery providing day-to-day support to the scrum team
• Attend scrum ceremonies such as Story Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review & Sprint Retro
• Data Quality Management and facilitate remediation activities.

• Alignment with ICDMS Business Architecture
• Process Driven & Aligned
• Solutions are scalable & reusable
• Solutions are complete - Thought through from UI, UX, Downstream & Upstream Integrations Impact, including planning for Data Quality and Reporting
• Alignment to deliver the value and adoption for business
• Consideration around fixing legacy issues on applicable components
• Ensure all key established design principles are followed Identify all stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulations.
• Banks Code of Conduct and all Policies related to the associated frameworks to be always adhered.

And additional Requirements specific to the Role:

• Identify all stakeholders that need to be engaged and facilitate their involvement
• Identify and obtain any approvals that may be required such as Compliance, Op Risk, Process Owners, Data Owners, etc
• Ensure requirements traceability through JIRA as per standards
• Ensure JIRA dashboard is created and maintained with minimal violations
• Invite Business representative to all Sprint Reviews and provide UAT / Test results for Go Live approval
• Provide any monthly updates required for PGSC materials in status reports, upcoming activities, Risks/Issues etc.
• Write User Stories & explain them to the scrum team
• Attend to all queries from T&I throughout development and testing
• Attend the daily stand up meeting with ITO
• Attend fortnightly Sprint Planning & Sprint Review sessions

People and TalentWhere end to end UAT is required and not covered in-sprint

• Prepare Test cases for business users
• Coordinate UAT including defects management
• Validate all UAT evidences are captured or all test scenarios

Go-Live Support

• Prepare UVT Cases for business users
• Coordinate UVT, validating all UVT evidences are captured

Post Go-Live Support

• The scrum team includes resources for Level 3 support, which means full responsibility for Level 3 production fixes including prioritization
• Minimum introduction of defects in production

Training, Communications, Adoption

• Engage stakeholders
• Conduct assessment and confirm requirements
• Create training & comms plans
• Create / update training & comms materials
• Execute training & comms
• Post go-live comms support

Close collaboration with ITO to

• Ensure full automated test coverage is completed to avoid inheriting any technical debt following hand-back of the team
• Ensure all release materials are signed off as per SDF and saved in PDR

Risk Management

• Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees

• Promote an environment where compliance with internal control functions and the external regulatory framework is a central priority of the business

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. • Lead the Greater China Credit Flow team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Substantial experience in the banking industry, including demonstrated success as Product Owner
• Experience working with Client Document Management System
• Experience working and leading UAT, Manging Stakeholders, Obtain Approvals,
• Ensure requirements traceability through JIRA as per standards
• Experience working on testing tools like JIRA
• UAT Strategy, Planning and delivery, UAT Entry and Exit and Closures
