Job Description

    - Working with GP Business and It teams that are both India -Based and US- based- Collaborate with team (process leads, vendors, solution integrators etc.) to clarify vision and scope- Collaborate with peers, stakeholders and project team to secure commitments and respectfully hold them accountable.- Applying business analysis principles to elicit, understand, document and prioritize the requirements. This may require leading meetings/ workshops- Analyze business challenges, objectives and develop as is/to-be process diagram- Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options and communicating this back to stakeholders.- Understand and document integration points impacting areas of responsibilities- Work with stakeholders to document user acceptance, test criteria and conduct validation activities- Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including workflow, validation and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements- Work with stakeholders to define technical configuration and enhancement requirements for the toolsSkills Required:- Bachelors degree in technology related field- Infor M3 Multi-tenant experience configuring manufacturing, items, distribution and quality modules- Experience supporting pulp and paper manufacturing- Experience working with planning and trim optimization tools- M3 Consulting Experience- Min. 5 years of IT experience- Min. of 5 Years working in Infor M3 Manufacturing, distribution and quality modules- Ability to develop/update functional requirement- Strong verbal and written communication- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills- Economic thinking- Can work independently with little supervision- Ability to develop test cases and execute test plansTiming : EST Hours (7 AM-4 PM),
