Job Description

    • Project creation and users mapping in ELN
    • Issuance of E-Notebook & Lab notebook to users
    • Coordinate with project collaborators and enable ELN access
    • Conduct ELN training to STA
    • Continual tracking to meet ALCOA++ requirements in all ELN
    • Address IT related issues and resolve along with technical team
    • Continual improvements in ELN and SAP for process improvement and digitization
    • Coordinate with across functional teams for smooth operation
    • Conduct ELN spot check wherever applicable
    • Adherence to all procedures related to Syngene s data integrity policies
    • Attend all mandatory trainings and update training records as and when trainings are completed
    • Ensure confidentiality at all times
    • Follow EHS and quality system requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual safety and lab safety
    • Good communication skill and Computer skills - MS Office i.e. MS word and Excel
