Dear Candidates,We are hiring SaaS Ops - Salesforce Admin at TCSSAAS (Software as a Service) is a software licensing and delivery model on the cloud in which software is licensed on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted. We use the SaaS delivery model for many business applications across Prudential. The selected FTE needs to be an energetic self-starter, a strong communicator, and performs with high attention to detail. The team works in a high-profile environment where early and appropriate software fixes and responses are essential to meet release deadlines.Preferred criteria:
• A recognized third-level IT qualification and experience in working in a technical environment with strong troubleshooting knowledge.
• Previous operations and cloud knowledge i.e. Salesforce/AWS/Azure/Google.
• ITIL certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Experience working in an operations role.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify top priority items.
• Ability to thrive in a high activity environment with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a serious work ethic.
• Ability to maintain a high activity level daily to meet objectives.
• Industry knowledge a plus.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills:
• Production Support.
• Experience in Salesforce, Copado and/or AssetSERV, DocuSign, HearSay, Mark Monitor, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Twilio, Xinet, Workfront.
• Onboarding and maintaining user access.
• Understand client requirements.
• Configure applications for bi-weekly releases.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent applications.
• Suggest and implement process improvements and innovations.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the relevant applications and become a subject matter expert (SME) in their discipline. It will involve working with management as well as end-users and business partners.
