Job Description

The Senior Test Engineer is responsible for various components within a system. They will conduct test activities prior to the release of application code to validate it will carry out the required tasks it was designed to address in real-world situations and verifies that requirements and business objectives are successfully met. This position writes test cases and scripts, engages with business users to determine if the delivered functionality satisfies the requirements and works with development to resolve identified issues. Business FunctionsEQ Sirius US programme (Vega) scope is defined as the various outputs (Products) that will be created by the Work Streams that will enable the clients to be migrated from the FIS Sunstar system to the EQ Sirius systems. To deliver a transitional architecture that supports current (Sunstar) and new (Sirius) EQ solution platforms during the migration transition.The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:

  • Experience In UAT Testing is mandatory .
  • Looking for candidates who have worked as UAT Tester not just supported UAT .
  • Industry knowledge on Capital Markets is good to go.
  • Reviews business requirements and functional specifications to understand the functional and technical requirements.
  • Perform functionality, workflow and regression testing as a business user in order to validate the application and its operational configuration meet business requirements and objectives and certify the user acceptance criteria.
Should be willing to work in US working hours.,
