    Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Strategic :o Proactive engagement with project teams to understand Product s defined processo Coach project teams on ASPICE topicso Guide projects to implement defined processeso Establishing a good connect with GB quality functions and Process expertso Regular interaction with ASPICE coaches of other GB product lines, understand quality and process strategies and share best practices across domainsOperationalo Support projects to define ASPICE Roadmap to reach capability level 3o Perform gap analysis, support definition of measures for the identified gaps and track the effectiveness of actions taken.o Drive changes in customer processes, in case of any gaps in defined processeso Escalate serious non-conformances to the Quality and Project organisationo Report the status of the ASPICE maturity level achievement regularly to management in PRCs / Q meetingso Train project teams on the defined processeso Coach project teams to face formal assessmentPeople Managemento Develop, Lead, Manage and Support project teams to drive ASPICE requirementsInterfaces :o Quality Manager Regular update wrt status of coachingo Quality and Process experts in business unitso BU Head Status update / escalation wrt ASPICE maturity assessmento QMM Regular updates on status of gap assessments, escalationso Peer ASPICE coaches regular exchange of learnings / best practices,
