Job Description

    **Overview:**As a Team Leader in Tele Sales, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service over the phone. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, ensuring team performance, and fostering a positive work environment.**Key Responsibilities:**1. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of tele sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.2. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of team members.3. Monitor individual and team performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve their performance.5. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and increase customer acquisition and retention.6. Collaborate with the sales management team to set performance goals, develop sales forecasts, and implement process improvements.7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.8. Utilize sales data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.9. Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.**Qualifications:**1. Proven experience in tele sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.2. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a sales or call center environment.3. Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with both team members and customers.5. Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer service principles, and CRM systems.6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.7. High level of accountability and a results-oriented mindset.8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.9. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
