Job Description

    Job Description
    • Provide complete IT infrastructure & Application support for Manufacturing IT applications
    • Perform Application Deployments, Configurations, Device management and Hotfix installations
    • Collaborate and Troubleshoot Manufacturing IT Application and infrastructure related incidents
    • Onboarding Manufacturing IT application and implementing manufacturing plant specific configurations
    • Perform Application and infrastructure Migrations
    • Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per the defined Service Levels and KPI s
    • Monitor system performance and ensure Application availability
    • Collaboration with onsite /offshore team and customer coordinators, Stakeholders Management, Technical documentation, and Training delivery
    • Ensure Customer Satisfaction, Escalation Management in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services
    • Provide extended support for planned Maintenances and On Call readiness support
    • Should be able to work in shifts and travel to customer location for business need
    • Work on a platform for monitoring, logging, and orchestration of Docker applications running on Kubernetes.
    • Development and implement platform components to support containers.
