Job Description

    • Participate in design reviews as required from concept phase through to release contribute in identifying reliability concerns and risks.
    • Support development teams on product load identification and load collective data analysis.
    • Create product system and reliability structures and allocate reliability to each design elements.
    • Create DfR plan, DVP and support product teams in finalizing the test specifications and boundary conditions.
    • Deep dive in failure analysis and identify relevant damage mechanism.
    • Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback
    • Propose solutions for design issues and cost optimization topics.
    • Coordination with cross-functional team to realize the design as a product.
    • Adhere to all the BOSCH product development guidelines.
    • Strong mindset & very good positive attitude to work in multi-tasking / challenging environment. Target & Result oriented.
    • Good communication with interpersonal skills & support as a good team player
    • Attentive to details and self-motivated
    Required Skills:
    • Experience in product development projects in automotive sector.
    • Sound knowledge in BES-PE methodologies like requirement engineering, focus analysis matrix (FAM), DFMEA and DoE.
    • DRBFM L3 or DFSS green belt certification preferred.
    • Exposure to reliability softwares like Weibull++, ALTA or similar.
    • Knowledge on CAD softwares and simulation techniques (FEA, CFD).
    • Experience in failure analysis of product and root cause analysis methods, especially methodical problem-solving approaches like 8D or FTA desired.
    • Proficiency in Data analysis using python, Matlab & other AI/ML tools
    • Good in communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Candidate must have a strong desire to continuous learning on new/emerging technologies.
    • Overall Experience of 2 to 5 years.
