Job Description

To handle assigned customers and ensure the timely achievement of Viscose Staple Fibre sales targets.
Ensuring that the zone meets the volumes and price targets as per P&B for the VSF and specialties.
To develop market and brand image for Birla Modal, Excel fibre, Dope dyed fibre, FSC Certified fibre in domestic market. Develop & formulate strategy and implement for effective Marketing of these specialty fiber.
To ensure customer satisfaction through technical marketing and commercial support
Identify business opportunities by identifying and evaluating customer needs
To provide zonal and Customer MIS on a regular basis
To resolve customer complaints in the zone
To develop new VSF based customers in the region
To create awareness & build reputation in the total textile value chain
To be responsible for Warehouse operations
