Job Description

    • Recruitment by job portals, referrals, job posting /HRMS, and as well as conducting HR Validation.
    • Establishing a strong referral network and handling internal transfers, negotiating salaries, generating offer letters, and handling documentation.
    • Planning, Coordinating, and executing the head-hunting process and maintaining a comprehensive data bank for all employees with varied backgrounds.
    • Identifying training needs across levels by mapping the skills required for different roles and analyzing the existing level of competencies. Inculcating good work practices among the workforce, thereby improving the work culture.
    • Managing the Appraisal process across the levels & establishing the framework for substantiating the Performance Appraisals System linked to the reward system.
    • Employee welfare schemes like easy loans, med claims & Insurance. Effectuating Annual increments, Promotions & rewards, and revising & implementing the benefits of employees.
    • Training & development programme with a view to enhancing productivity, building internal capability & quality.
    • Ensures appropriate and accurate filing of documentation
    • Submits periodic MIS.
    • Informs and communicates employee policy benefits and facilities-related queries in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
    • Ensures staff benefits and facilities are provided and properly maintained.
    • Carries out all employee welfare-related activities.
    • Attends training in own and related work areas to enhance skills.
    • Keeps updated with the latest trends and development in the legal/industrial field.
    • Keeps updated with changes in policies, rules, and regulations in the company.
    • Reports to Assigned Superiors.
    • Builds friendly and professional relationships with all.
    • Coordinates with all department heads on staff-related matters.
    • Keeps department heads informed on relevant matters concerning their staff.
    • Networks and builds relationships with government officials, consultants, and related agencies.
    • Maintains a professional relationship with all outside contact persons and colleges
    • Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
    • Coordinates with HR Team on the HR processes as laid down by the Corporate and the Unit.
    • Create a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning & development and use the feedback from V Connect to draw an action plan
    • Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and employee satisfaction.
    • Recruitment and Performance Appraisal/ Management of the staff in the Unit.
    • Develop & Implement the annual plan using the TBEM framework, linking the department s objectives to the unit s overall strategy.
    • Monitoring in-house training.
    • Implement and sustain the Tata Code of Conduct and value systems
    • Payroll Administration.
    • HRMS Administration
    • Legatrix Administration
    • Conducting quarterly Employee Satisfaction Surveys and E.S.S.
    • H.R. Monthly Reports as per Corporate Standards.
    • Preparing Annual and Monthly Training Calendar in co-ordination with HODs
    • Monitoring & Updating S.T.A.R.S at the unit.
    • Conducting Town hall meetings.
    • Administrating all Statutory Compliance on regular basis.
    • Performance Management System for Staff and Executives
    • Liaison with Staff Welfare Union and Management
    • Managing Employee Relations, redressing staff personal problems
    • Liaison with all Government Agencies.
    • Administration of all Contract Labour.
    • Conducting various welfare activities
    • Promotion of Community Development Activities.
    • Rationalize manpower utilization and carry out appropriate right-sizing activities.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in a related field is required/ MBA in HR
    • Two years of related experience in the industry are required.
    • Knowledge of the mission, leadership, and planning needs of the organization is preferred.
