Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary :Responsible to produce highly visual graphic designs and quality artworks for advertising and other marketing materials; also responsible to produce original creative design solutions to meet diverse marketing needs. Principle Accountabilities

  • Responsible to create visualizing jobs for all the marketing works.
  • Responsible for all creative adaption work, color & tonal corrections and retouching using multiple artwork applications.
  • Responsible to finish the artworks in time and thereby to achieve the marketing deadlines.
  • Responsible for creating artworks for marketing collaterals and above the line jobs.
  • To work with Retail Sales, Marketing Department and Business development, to fulfill the market requirements.
  • Responsible for doing AVs for the company, when required.
  • To edit the television commercial and deliver it for marketing needs
  • To create graphics that suits the brand.
  • To coordinate with Director Creative in creating artworks for logos, brochures, catalogs, booklets, magazine, face book page, promotions and company website.
  • To develop presentation materials for the brand to present various forums and corporate visitors
  • To effectively coordinate with accounts department, Media, Projects team, agencies and other technical counterparts to enhance quality, productivity, and profitability of the groups work.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Any MBA/PGDM graduates with 10 + yrs of experience.
  • Candidates from Retail, Jewelry industries & Digital Marketing companies are preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of creatives and branding concepts.
  • Should have an aesthetic eye for good creative and design.
  • Take strong ownership for assigned tasks and independently take them to closure.
  • Meticulous planning and execution with attention to detail.
  • Interpretation on numbers and data.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • High speed of execution and quick but collaborative decision making.
  • Self-driven, ability to plan and execute in ambiguous / limited data availability situations.
