Job DescriptionSoftware Project lead for Automotive Steering customer projectsQualificationsShould have good experience in embedded SW design and development projectsPlanning and scheduling of development projects for worldwide customer requirementsEPS/Steering system experience in preferableKnowledge / experience with Safety-standards (IEC61508, ISO26262,ASPICE )Hands on experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe preferableResponsible for complete ownership of the project from requirement to deliveryGood interpersonal skills and stakeholder managementShould possess strong customer interfacing skills along with good business acumenShould Lead, self-driven and motivate the team to achieve the project goals and customer expectation.Flexible to handle pressure in adverse situationsMust have worked on any of the 8/16/32 bit microcontroller/ microprocessorShould have Experience on ADC/DIO/I2C/CAN/Flex-Ray/LIN and Low Level DriversKnowledge on AUTOSAR is preferableHands-on experience with DOORS/Clear Quest/ Enterprise ArchitectureHands on experience in project acquisitionShould Improve the process and productivity of the teamShould be able to handle the team size of more than 10 MembersAdditional Information10-12 years,
