    Job description:Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a dedicated Manager to join our team in identifying hiring needs and filling jobopenings.Heavily engaged in full-life cycle Recruitment, Diversity, Affirmative Action and Sourcing oftalent.Develop new sourcing strategies and recruit top-level candidates in a fast paced, high volumerecruiting environment and about their submissions, resolve hurdles in recruitment, smartrecruitment process, improving string set and understanding in job descriptions etc.Works with Hiring Managers, HR Leaders, and Senior Management providing cost effectiveimprovements in stream-lining of process.Experienced Technical Recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the Staffing industry.Skilled in end to end recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, on-boarding and clienthandling.Actively involved in all phases of recruiting sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, resumeformatting, cold calling, salary/rate negotiations.Hands-on approach with thorough knowledge and understanding of creative sourcing, trendanalysis, problem solving, client/candidate relations, process development and improvement.Recruit both active and passive candidates through cold calling, Boolean search, ATS, datamining, referrals, internal database, networking events, job boards and social media, marketing,and internal resources to identify top market talent for employment opportunities.Develop strong relationships to help build a successful client base.
